We needed a place to rest our bones during a 3 day sojourn in Minnesota. Sands Country Cove was the most idyllic place - we could hardly believe our luck finding such a beautiful, peaceful campground. Curt was the best host - from welcoming us, to including us for a “Christmas in July” paint party they had planned, to helping make sure I received an important package, just could not have asked for a better place to temporarily call home. If our travels ever bring us back to Minnesota we will go out of our way to stay here again!

We usually camp here Memorial Weekend. Always a fun time! Big sites, clean shower house/restrooms and friendly outgoing owners.

Clean! Quiet! Owners are so friendly! Has playgrounds for kids. Very clean shower houses. You can tell they take great care of this place!
