You've everyone else beat by a mile. Your employees are GREAT and know what their job is and how to do it. Your WEBSITE is GREAT ALSO! Very easy to find what I was looking for, very easy to contact people when my plans got changed and I couldn't meet my 1st appointment. I was expected and my name was right there, knowing that I really did have an appointment and that they knew why I was there was very comforting. Once they confirmed that my offer was correct, it took no time to complete the deal. I can't believe that in 83 years I have not heard of these people before. They will be my first stop for my next purchase...I'm sure that I will receive as great a reception as I was selling my car.

I sold my car here. I was surprised at the very easy and straightforward process. I had done an online appraisal and gotten a quote. I then made an appointment online and was told exactly what I needed to bring to execute the transaction after an inspection to verify the condition of the vehicle. I went in for the appointment and they took my keys and did the inspection. I honestly thought they would find a few things here or there that they said would lower the value. I take very good care of my vehicles but it was a 9 year old with a few very minor scrapes and one small dime size ding. To my surprise after the inspection they quoted me exactly what I was told online. I felt that it was very fair so I went through with it and sold my car. Only drawback was it took over two hours. I think there was a shift change and my transaction was lost in the shuffle. But everyone I dealt with was very professional and the experience was so simple and easy. I would definitely recommend it if you want to avoid having to sell a vehicle yourself.

I couldn’t find a Subaru Outback with everything that I wanted in the Spokane area and. CarMax found one in Puyallup and brought it to Spokane for me to check out. It was an Outback Touring fully loaded. It exceeded my expectations. I love it. Everyone at every step at CarMax was extremely helpful!!

These guys make car buying easy and fun. I spent an entire day at Acura and then 3 straight days at arrottas trying to get the sales reps to stop trying to screw me out of random fudged numbers on the loan terms and adding a 1000 here and 4000 there. It was a complete 4 day headache. We ended our truck buying journey at carmax on a Monday night walking into the dealership at 7:20pm with a trade in to appraise, finding the truck we loved, and drove off the lot at 9pm. They made the process quick, effortless, and fun. I see why all the used car dealerships talk trash on carmax (because they can't match their trade in and sale prices). Everybody at the dealership seemed to love where they work and their environment and that definitely showed during our experience today. I will never go back to a locally owned dealership after my experience with Carmax tonight and I can't wait to see what our next vehicle is through them!
