Our family of 5 came in for passport service, and we greatly appreciate their patience, helpfulness and professionalism. My baby was crying most of the time she was there, but they were very understanding and didn't make us feel bad at all. They explained things in details, no rushing, kind and caring voice and tone.

I guess I don't understand the reviews of this facility. Rate a post office in context and with a dose of reality. This facility is clean and well-appointed and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only drawback (and the reason for a 1-star deduction) is that there is often a shortage of staffing - but I've found that to be consistent across nearly every post office I've ever set foot in. All in all - a great post office if you go with realistic expectations.

Best Passport Service!! Our family of 4 had the pleasure of meeting Mary this morning, and boy were we impressed! Our appt time was valued and we did not feel rushed or pressured. She double checked our application, as well as her portion to ensure no errors. She went above and beyond the call of duty, and ensured our children had a positive experience. We opted to have her take our photos and she was fantastic. They turned out great, and made sure we were happy with the end product!! Not only was Mary great, I over heard her fellow employees deal with some "trying" customers with true service. Way to go!

Awful customer service I received today when I arrived to file a passport application. The gentleman "assisting" me was rude and I was told that they ONLY process any passport applications by appointment, even though I was outside of the 2 week emergency window that the USPS website dictated needed an appointment. When I explained that the website said they were open during specific hours and did not indicate an appointment was needed for regular processing of passports, he was rude and referred me to another post office that did take walk-ins. He said their appointments were more than a month out. That is ridiculous when you are linked as a regular passport processing center. The Liberty Park post office was much more helpful and processed our application in less than 10 minutes with smiles and excellent customer service! Don't bother going here if you don't have to!
