If I placed my mail on hold and the post office is not open when I am available to pick up my mail what are my options? I work before this location opens and get off work after this location is closed, and there not open on Saturday.

There are two options, request a redelivery or have someone you trust pick up your mail. There's not much you can do if they're closed. Anyways call them when you can and discuss your options, they may even have a better solution.

Good luck with that. They lost a package for me once and when they found it they wouldn't open up and give it to me because it was 5 minutes after closing time. Seems to be how they operate.
