In the last 2 weeks, two packages were very slow to deliver. Tracking indicates they arrived at the branch, but then I get notices that the package is running late or is lost. One was delivered very late....the other I have still yet to receive. Now I have to go through the process of getting a refund and re-ordering the item.

I'm sadened by how low our "federal" office has gone.. It used to be the "post master" was a high community office.. represented by a well dressed, stand up member of community. Any problem stopped at them no excuses no blame..... one look at the building I can sat reflects the whole office. There are a couple good people working there they are hard not to love.. I feel sad for them being in that environment.

In the past two weeks, i have not received three of my packages. My packages arrive to distribution center destination and then sits in greenacres for a week before it leaves for delivery. Also the driver for greenacres area ALWAYSSS puts MY mail in the wrong neighbors mailbox, constantly. You have ONE job... match the address to the address, stop being distracted and get my mail here. I have tried multiple times to complain inside no one cares.

October 2020, 1st time: I was left a note saying that a letter needed a signature. I scheduled online to have it delivered on the next date available for delivery. For the redelivery day I stayed at home available to sign and received a text notification saying that they missed me again. I looked out the window and the driver was leaving another apartment building. There are 3 buildings here that are marked with a large letter (A, B, C) and the stairways are marked with the numbers. I drove to the post office and tried to talk to someone about the situation. There were 2 people at the counter. I started talking to one person and they had the other person help me. They came back to me with the same information that I had already given of the letter being with the driver still. I ended up standing off to the middle area waiting for their further information and then they asked me to sign and put my phone number on the note that I received so they can call me later that night. I also marked on the note of the option to be left at the front door. They then continued to help other customers that just walked in and it took a while to just get the paper back to either of them. Later that night I didn't receive a call. The next day I received a text notification saying "Delivered, Left with Individual". It was not left at the door and now I was worried that someone else had the important letter. I drove back to the post office and the manager contacted the driver. The driver said they put it in the mailbox. After I left I contacted the other person that lives here to check the mailbox as they have the only key which is why I asked for it to be left at the front door. The letter was found in the mailbox for the 3rd delivery and it had a note on it saying that the phone number was wrong. The area code for my number is for a previous State that I lived in. People in the past have tried using the local area code or switch the numbers around. 2nd time: Received a message saying a package has been delivered. It was not at my front door which is on the 3rd floor and was not in the mailbox. It was found in front of a neighbor's door on the 2nd floor.

Questions & Answers

I have not received any mail at all since Friday, Aug. 7, 2020. Zero, zip, nada. This is an election year - you would think there would be flyers or advertisements. What is going on?
