I had very bad experience with them. They are several issues with them. 1. You can not return the items 2. The charges they had for Freight (delivery) is so expensive. I had to pay 120 dollars twice when we need a couple items extra. For example if you have three items. they charge you unbelievable freight. The reasoning is it comes from different places. I never had places charges that much for delivery. For example I had to order 4 sheet of flooring which cost 18 dollars they charged me for 25 dollars for Freight. One of my order was total 190 dollars but they added 120 dollars for freight which the same freight charges my first order ( about 1000 dollars). They did not explain any of these charges when you pick your floor. I would not recommend them at all. You can find better price at lowes, Homedepot, or other places. If we need any floor job I would try other place.
