Doesn’t help to make an appointment since they stay backed up and over booked. Techs standing around in the parking lot with customers sitting and waiting. Nobody is doing much of anything except standing around. Other NTB’s I’ve been to are great but this one not so much.

My truck had been running hot for 2 days, I made an appointment online for Thursday because I was scheduled to drive out of town on Friday. Craig greeted me immediately and told me he would do his best to get it to me on Friday. While waiting for my wife to pick me up, I was greeted by every associate who walked into the lobby. Everyone asked if I had been helped yet. Keith even stopped for a second to chat with my daughter who was playing with a new toy. If your looking for friendly A1 service this is the place to go. I received a call on Friday at 1pm stating my car was ready just in time for me to bet the afternoon traffic! Thanks to Craig and his team.

My experience with NTB and their staff has always been Top Notch. I've used them for my company's fleet vehicle as well as personal. The manager's (Craig) customer service and attention to detail is definitely 5 star.
