Makes me question if it's racism especially since they hung up on my husband when he had me on the line to translate. I'll be contacting corporate, even if you are a franchise you have to meet certain requirements to continue as a franchise.

Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
Apparently not I've tried to do business with them twice and had the same experience no call back
I was. My only issue was the "hidden fees" in the paper work. It was a package that the automatically signed me up for that gave me FREE car wash/tire and rim cleaning weekly for 3 months for an additional $300. I wasn't aware of that so I NEVER used Any of that service and was hit with the $300 fee at the end of the 90 day same as cash special. I was PISSED LoL but other than the LONG wait time (2 or 3 hours ) to exchange tires. The service is alright.
