I had a wonderful experience with Midas at Millwood. It was raining, I went in and asked them to please help me because I couldn't get my driver side window up. I didn't even know they did that kind of work, but they can do anything with a car. They put a motor and a regulator in, it worked well, and I was riding again. I also went back again for them to replace the passenger side windows. They took such good care of me. Midas is now my place of choice for all my auto needs. Thank you much.

I had a very strange experience at this store! Would NOT recommend. I was offered a payment plan which I decided to accept. Instead of creating a payment plan, this man OPENED A MIDAS CREDIT CARD FOR ME! WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Which is not the same thing as setting up a payment plan. It was a hard pull on my credit which negatively impacted my credit score! I specifically told him I did NOT want a credit card because I had just opened one with an airline! Just checked my credit score and it went down. In response to all this, the employee said “sorry about that…your credit score will go back up eventually.” I called a manager and have called the customer service line several times. No one has returned my call or tried to remedy the situation (I wanted them to report the false pull on my credit). Again, I signed NOTHING saying I wanted a credit card or consented to a hard pull on my credit. Can’t speak for other employees who work there, but this one did not seem to know what he was doing.
