I joined the Fort around 10 months ago - it has exceeded my expectations across the board. The trainers truly love what they do and the energy during each session is unmatched. I had been working out with a personal trainer twice a week at another gym before I joined but wasn't happy with my progress and the workouts felt very stale. The small group workouts at The Fort are the perfect environment and each workout challenges you. The Fort is unlike any other gym I've ever been apart of.
