Took my fiancé car to be serviced due to overheating they quoted her a price that doesn’t even match the work. The price is way over. That is not the problem whoever serviced her car they left it dirty. Oil stains on her interior and door. That is unacceptable to do that to someone car. She will not be returning and I would not recommend this place to anyone

I was so happy to see the option of making an appointment online as I hate waiting in long lines for oil changes. However, after I drove there and arrived fifteen minutes early for my appointment, I was told there would be an hour wait. For the life of me, I don't understand why they give the options of creating appointments if the appointment is meaningless.

Despite my patience, they had my car from 10:30a - 6p, only bothered with the tires. There were no updates. I had to call 2x for information. In writing, in the notes for the appointment, it says replace all rear lights that are out. They neglected to do so. I regret not going to Broad River. I am beyond livid.
