Bethlehem UPS has been a black hole lately. Packages arrive at Bethlehem destination and take several days to get out. No local issues with USPS, FedEx or Amazon. What is wrong with Bethlehem UPS?

I think I went through the same, it says held for pickup in status but it's not there. I was told to look for the dcr control number for it to be really be there.

I had same problem. Something scanned that it arrived...it wasn't there. Went back 2 days later and was told it might be there, but not sure. Took my name and number, no call yet.
