Mean't to post this couple weeks ago. I purchased a new Specialized Tarmac SRAM AXS last winter and had it delivered to Cutters to be assembled. They assembled and tuned and ready to go. I usually tuned my bikes but this summer the front brake lever locked - couldn't find any information about fixing the problem - stopped by Cutters on a ride and the mechanic knew exactly what the problem was, installed a new hydraulic fitting and I was good to go. They really know what they are doing!

We wear masks all day as we work. Customers are required to wear masked in the store. We ask people maintain social distancing if waiting to be helped. We sanitize common surfaces and have sanitizer at the counter for anyone to use. Hope that helps, any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

We do at times get used bikes in. Were you in the shop today? Sorry it took me a bit to respond-it was busy all day. Right now I just have a couple kids bikes that are used, a 16" and a 20".
