FedEx is the worse! They kept my package because they ran out of time to deliver. Seen the truck stopped right up the road and seen others in the area. Now I had to wait til the day AFTER Christmas for my overnight package that was to be here on the 23rd. I never had an issue w/UPS so far. They will even hold or divert my package for free, whereas FedEx wants you to pay a fee for that service.
