Prices varies on how fast someone wants to sell. The rent varies to location in the park and adjacent to the water prices are very high. New homes are there but their prices are $79k and up. I suggest, if you have a chance, go to the park and view the for sale by owner homes first and then for sale by the realtors, and leave the for sale by ELS last. Know your rent increases planned for the next three years before making your decision on location. I hope I answered your question
There is a pretty wide price range from 15k to as high as 75k depending on how close they are to the amenities like lakes etc and the age of the home. That all changes though the closer we get to the end of the season. Prices fall radically then. It's a beautiful park and worth the wait if you are able to hold off.

The prices are all different but I know a person who got his trailer for one dollar. So call and take a look.
