Raymond Building Supply - North Fort Myers

Raymond is a working with our builder in North Port FL. We have a broken window, unsealed sliding doors, missing window trim, and two screen damages. Raymond has the work order and picked up the screens but now after almost 3 weeks later hasn’t completed to work and hasn’t responded to our builders inquiries.

Absolutely the worst customer service from this location. We are builders and have dealt with many suppliers over the last 25+ years and never once had an issue like what we experienced with a sales rep at the N Ft Myers location. The rep was rude, insulting and extremely unprofessional. I ended up going with another supply company whose rep chose to spend an hour with me just to ensure he had our order correct. Now that was customer service.

Raymond Building Supply (Ft. Myers) has been a great company to deal with. We are very happy with our sales rep Matt. His response time is excellent and he has proven to be an important connection for our company. Mathew is responsive, knowledgeable and brings all options to the table when searching for and ordering our building materials. We look forward to a continued relationship with RBS and Matt for many years to come.
