1 of 3 packages get lost when shipping through USPS, the probability of error is extremely high with no resolution. This is telling me that USPS is no longer efficient and runners have no repercussions for these errors. I'm now a supporter defunding post office, hand it over to someone who can manage quality control not job security!

I've had my mail stolen for almost 2 years now. I've complained, filed reports, called the police, notified the post master and nothing is being done. I've lived in the same location since 2014 and my mail consistently ends up in my neighbors mailbox (when it's not stolen). I get mail for people I don't know or who have moved. I get more mail for other people than I get of my own. North Fort Myers post office, your mail carrier for my neighborhood is terrible and your investigation into my mail theft seems non-existent. My end result? NOTHING was ever done. There was no resolution. I moved out of state. I haven't had an issue since

I’m also tired of not getting packages when tracking says delivered. They go to same street number on different street. Really?? You can’t read street name?? The worst.
Since the new head of the Post Office has reduced the employment throughout the country. So service is not like it use to be. It's a political issue. Some leadership want to end the government run Post Office & make it a privately run, for profit company.

Yes, unless you have a package that doesn't fit in your mailbox or they ran out of larger parcel boxes then you must go in during business hours.
As long either it is a forever stamp -or- you use a combination of stamps to meet the proper postage of the current stamp price!

There was no delivery today.. Federal holiday and all post offices are closed. I speak to the delivery last week... suggest you contact the office.
Go to the station or online and fill out an address change form or if you suspended your service ask your carrier for help. Some of the carriers carry forms for starting and stopping service, or can get the forms for you.
