I placed to phone call to find out the availability of a pallet of SOD. Prepay/reserve a pallet not available unless you stop by and pay! Ok Was trying to ask the rude person whom answered the phone, can I call you on Saturday AM and verify availability. He repeated availability and local conditions may or may not have! All I wanted to know, which he would never answer was if I call you Saturday morning and you have availability, great, I’m 20 minutes away. If it sells out in that 20 minutes, I understand. Told him they must not be interested in selling me their product, he promptly hung up on me! When cash becomes more right, this type of business will be crying wishing they had more customers that could afford their product!

So I'm a real person living in Cape Coral Florida. I just had a new pool put in and the pool company destroyed my lawn in the process. The city of Cape Coral told me I needed to sod my back yard before I could get the permit and before the pool company would complete the installation. So I reached out to King Sod and that was the best thing I could have done. I met Ken at the business and he explained to me what I needed. I bought 6 pallets of Bahia. He told me he would deliver it the very next morning at 5AM. The next morning he was right on time. During the delivery Ken took the time to look over my yard and explained to me exactly what I needed to do for the city to pass me. Long story short 3 days later my yard passed and the pool construction continues without a hitch. Ken's instructions were perfect. The Bahia was solid. I would say about 90% of it stayed together in the block to be picked up. I totally recommend KingSod if you ever need any yard services.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RUDE!!! The sod we bought started out beautiful and then died within three days. It came infested with caterpillars.The only part of our lawn that was eaten or had any issues was just the sod not our trees or surrounding shrubs. I was told they have never heard of caterpillars eating sod in 25 years and that it was not their problem but mine. I have lived in my house for 12 years and have never had an issue with caterpillars. I called for help and information but was given scorn and dismissed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
