I heard good review about this community before moving into this place. But now I definitely change my opinion about this place because the management DOESNT care about the residents issues faced by their neighbors. We have been experiencing very loud music and subwoofers noise from our downstairs apartment. Our master bedroom literally vibrates because of that loud sub woofer noise and giving us bad headaches each and every time. We also tried to be as much as patient as we can but its been like this from 2 months. When we approached the community management for help regarding this issue conveying how bad we are being disturbed and how this attitude of our neighbors is causing lose our peace of mind in our lives. They literally say that they cant do anything about this issue, saying that our downstairs neighbors can also complaint on us saying 'we walking in the apartment can cause them issue'. This really feels bad because its not like we are jumping in the apartment or running around or having parties. We are just walking around.. i dont understand how this can be avoided. We also understand and respect our neighbors very much so we never would do anything which leads an issue to them. We also expected the same from others and requested the management to help us with this pressing concern of ours but its sad to say that 'THEY ARE HELPLESS and WONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS.'

The parking at this complex is the worst , for starters the spaces are way to small often times my neighbors car doors would hit mine because the spaces were so tight. Also good luck finding parking after 6pm on account that there aren’t enough spaces owe building and I’m sure non residents parked here as well. The walls of the apartment itself were also paper thin I could literally hear my downstairs neighbors tv, I could hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around in addition to them arguing literally every morning. The walls are so thin I could even hear their washer and dryer at times. Good luck with maintenance was well they only help for about the first few weeks after that you have to put in multiple requests to get stuff fixed if that. Lastly the apartment itself has really cheap paint on the walls be careful putting posters and stuff up as they will likely rip the paint off when it comes time to take them down. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE WATER HEATER hot water in the shower goes cold after about 10 minutes , Maintenance claimed they “reset” my water heater but the issue persisted… I just put up with it honestly because my lease was only 6 months .. at the end of the day you get what you pay for a I guess… there are much better places out there for the same ammount you’d be paying here *update also be prepared for sooo many hidden fees when you move out like “heavy furniture fee” “deep carpet cleaning fee” (mind you I personally cleaned the carpet myself before I moved out) you can basically kiss your deposit goodbye … I didn’t realize how money hungry this complex was until I moved out good riddance.

We live at 18812 Building. About 3 months ago when some people move in a lot of problems start happening. A LOT of packages stolen, fights in front of building all time!!! Always something bad is happening. Police is here almost every week. We already contact the office, but they didn’t Absolut nothing about it! Very disappointed, we gonna move pretty soon. I don’t recommend this place for nobody!!!

Beautiful property. Plenty of fresh air, green grass, trees, lake near by. Apartments floor plans are well done. And the place is clean and modern. Erica at the leasing office was spectacular! Really made us feel welcome immediately. With a big smile she explained everything, answered all our questions, with confidence and kindness. She helped make our decision easy and left us with no doubts about where we wanted to call home. Thank you!
