Brought our 8 year old boy in for an ear infection. In and out in about an hour and some change. Very happy with the speed, care, and the people. Will come back for sure!

Awful place. I'd give 0 stars if possible. The doctor was so indifferent to my symptom he didn't even prescribe anything to me. I ended up on the ER at night because my symptom worsen and to make matters worse the lady at check out was extremely rude to me for simply asking for details of my total amount to pay. I'm never coming back to this place again.

Worst experience of my life. I would not recommend. It was very quiet on a Thursday afternoon when we arrived after getting sick traveling. A nurse tried to give me an IV, and while she was shaking and almost crying like she didn’t want to do it. She was ramming the IV in my hand so hard I passed out. Luckily my husband saw the entire thing and yelled at her to stop. She later tells us she just got back from an international trip and was sick herself!! What is she doing in an Urgent Care??? She then proceeded to blame me, while unconscious that “I was shaking”! It was beyond unprofessional. We asked for another staff members and they didn’t have one. So then I ended up going to the ER for fluids costing even more. And have horrible pain in my hand from damage. I’ll be contacting cooperate. I’m still in shock weeks later from how we were treated. Go somewhere else!

Very professional very courteous and helpful staff. Facility was very clean and well-kept. Front desk personnel very kind and compassionate and well informed.
