We have studio apartments (422 sq ft) that start at $2500 a month and 1 bedroom apartments (514 sq ft) that start at $2800 a month. And we have a second occupant fee of $650 a month. Hi Carol. Thank you for your inquiry. Sycamore Glen is an Active Senior Community. We have several residents living independently, with Parkinson’s. We host a monthly Parkinson’s support group on the first Wednesday. Give us a call to schedule a complimentary lunch and tour of our community.

As Tamra graciously answered, we do not have cottages. Our building is two floors with an elevator. We have studio apartments and 1 Bedroom apartments. In addition to the 3 meals offered each day, we offer "anytime dining" with a restaurant-style menu with over 40 entree choices, which is available for our residents all day long.
