Im am just another guide here. Not a rep. For quality used tires...but i can answer your question. They do buy used tires. If in good enough condition. They need to see them and inspect them of course. From there they will make an offer on them. However if they are totally worn out...then you would probably need to pay the disposal charges to unload them to them. Hope this info helps
You can take them to cuality used tires in Chico they might buy them from you
