I'VE NEVER had such GREAT service, with good character and wonderful respect in ANY BANK in my life as that which I find to be 'the norm' at EVERY Tricounties branch I've used, for the past four years {I believe it's been that long?} I would be happy to recommend this banking institution to EVERYONE! Thanks to ALL staff members, for your help and friendliness! Marjorie Totten. UPDATE! MAY 27t,h 2021: WELL! HERE and NOW, I'm CANCELLIMG this review as being "NO LONGER my opinion"! I've CHANGED my opinion, due to the recent incidents which I've had happen, at Tri Counties banks; both at The Pillsbury Branch and the one inside Raleys, on East Ave. Chico, Ca.! I've reported my 'problems' with my 'ncome institution {Soc. Sec.} and have been informed I DO NOT NEED a bank account to receive my Soc. Sec. benefits, and with their approval {after hearing me recent incidents @ Tricounties} am going to CLOSE my account with Tricounties on June 2nd, 2021! I DO NOT have to be a "recipient" to verbal abuse, by ANYONE, including a BANK MANAGER! So, just DIS-REGARD the beginning 'review' here, and consider this 'UP-DATE' my HONEST feelings regarding the Tricounties banks I've mentioned! Thank YOU! Marjorie Totten; Chico, Ca.
