Had a great first experience here. Brad was awesome and the mechanic was so helpful. Even picking up the car was easy. The second was not good at all. I scheduled an appointment to fix a problem found during the first service. When I called I talked to a nice lady who scheduled my appointment but didn’t seem to know what a CV boot was? But she scheduled it and I assumed that the service advisor would be informed and call me if any issues arose. When I dropped off the car I was told by a different advisor that the part wouldn’t be available for three or four days cause it was never ordered. And when I asked why it wasn’t ordered or I was contacted this advisor asked if I had talked to Brad personally the day I scheduled? Well no, I made the appointment over the phone with the scheduling department?!? How am I supposed to know that I need to talk to the advisor directly or that the two departments do not communicate at all?? Hope this helps.
