I am not a fan of dealerships in general but Capistrano Mazda is different. Hugo and Michael are great. They take the time to go over my service Invoice and will even come out to my car to show and/or explain a feature to me. If you find yourself in need of service I recommend Capo. Mazda.

Cyrena in the service department took amazingly wonderful care of me today at my first visit! I am new to town, but I’ve always had my car serviced directly through Mazda. She was attentive, and I feel that she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but realized I was in desperate need of brake service after driving cross country and through the mountains. She offered me discounts, and by the time my service was finished I had a squeaky clean car and all smiles! I will be making Capistrano Mazda my home service center! 10/10 recommend! Also, everyone at the service counter was so kind and helpful as well! I had multiple questions, and they all pitched in to offer me good answers and a warm welcome to Orange County. Much appreciated on an otherwise stressful day!

Without question, my experience at Capistrano Mazda was the easiest, quickest and most enjoyable auto transaction I have ever encountered. In the current market, there were absolutely no “adjustments” to pricing or any “mandatory” cost increases. By leaps and bounds, the entire staff was friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable about their products. I would especially like to thank Rick, Paul and Bennett for all of their efforts. Over multiple visits and phone conversations they made each moment feel as though time was spent with either friends or family. Thanks, again, to Capistrano Mazda!
