They send coupons to my email once every couple of months and I can never use them. Why send coupons at all if you can’t use them? I’m going to unsubscribe and go to art of skincare. Super irritating to receive a 10% off and can’t even use. This has happened multiple times. Like your products are already expensive and you play people into thinking they can use a coupon and then Can’t. Also there shipping is ridiculous!!! You can order your item and wait 9 days for it to be shipped but definitely makes sure they take your money right when you order wth !!!??? I would never order from them again. I never even received a coupon code? So how could I even try to use one that I don’t have?? I would never ever order from any place that takes 9 days to ship.

I bought a few products months ago. The products are good but I get so many emails. I have tried to unsubscribe for over a week but the link is broken. I have also sent an email to the company and have had no response. This is bad customer service IMO. I am able to get the same products cheaper elsewhere.

I submitted a question on the website regarding a product I was planning to buy. Well I didn't get an answer to the question but I've been spammed incessantly with marketing emails from the business I never opted in for. And no matter how many times I unsubscribe I still get multiple daily emails. I would never do business with someone that treats customers this way. Feels more like a scam telemarketing company than a legitimate retail business.

I have ordered a couple of products from here. They have been a wonderful. Their customer service was very quick when I had a question about my purchase. I also received my products fast and they give gifts when you make a purchase. This will be my go to store when I need to purchase my face products. I'm excited to try other products with them.
