The view is nice and being next to the beach is great. However, it’s not great to pay over $2,000 per month for a 40 year old building and a rude staff. I concur Leigh doesn’t care about your problems. The staff here has never been helpful over the past 3 yrs. And perhaps your next improvement project should be mailboxes that aren’t so rusted you can barely get your key in.

I have lived at Gull Harbor for 5 years. There is no place I would rather be! The sparkling Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach is just steps away from my front door. Seriously, my dream come true. My neighbors are my friends, and the atmosphere is so positive! People care about each other and we all enjoy the vast array of dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities - many within walking distance! The facilities and services at Gull Harbor improve all the time. A beautiful new gym, a well equipped community room, and upgraded laundry service are just a few. The management and maintenance staff are exceptional. This sounds like an exaggeration but it is not; I have never waited longer than an hour for a response to a work order. That has to be some kind of record! Today, I submitted a work order and the manager himself showed up at my door, within an hour, to resolve a thermostat problem! The entire staff really understands teamwork and the residents here are beneficiaries of an efficient organization. Simply stated, it is carefree living in paradise at its best.

Too many negatives to list them all. Leigh in the office is as rude as anyone could be and makes it clear that residents mean nothing to her. The rent gets jacked hard every year and the building is falling apart. At least when Chelsea was in the office it felt like someone cared about us. This place is a dump and the staff is dumpier. Good luck if you have a maintenance issue
