I've sent the same documents to them 3 times and now they want me to send the same documents a 4th time. That's unprofessional what are yall doing with my personal documents?

In one hour and 9 minutes, I have called 3 times and phone keeps saying we are unable to complete your call at this time please call back later. Who should I resend my bank direct deposit sheet to. So I won't continue to get a paper check.

The entire child support dept. needs to be fired. They are rude, very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about anything! They make you resubmit the same paperwork and can’t give a valid explanation to why. I was told to get a personal lawyer when I called about a question on their document and to ask why did I have to submit it again. Also, the phone number listed on their paperwork was disconnected so I had to Google and didn’t an 800 number. Very disappointing

I called so many times and no one picked up the phone and this around 1:pm online it says closes at 4:30pm and each time the call was disconnected I am only trying to get a statement of the payment for the year
