My experience at that store was far from good. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the way they address customers needs to be evaluated. When I was there earlier this week, one of the customer service personnel was rude to me and other customers.

Everyone is required to wear a mask, staff do a count of people upon entry and exit, staff clean carts, distance markers in check out line, plexiglass for cashiers
I never ordered from them, I just go straight to the store... but my only guess is because of the different brands and where it might be brought from. But try calling customer service.
