My truck had been in storage for almost a year and was excited to have it back. I took it to get washed just now at Germantown Auto Spa and purchase the platinum wash. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR $40.00 plus a $20 tip! Sadly disappointed. It was quite busy, but the lack of detail is inexcusable. I worked for a popular car wash in New York for many years and we would have NEVER let a car leave the lot looking like this. I would have posted photos of the exterior issues, but it's difficult to see because my truck is black. I would have given a star and a 1/2 because of the friendliness.

If I can give this place a zero I would it took them 10 minutes to do a deep cleaning where they didn't do anything. I had to go to love my car wash to get my car properly cleaned. I don't even want the management to contact me because I will never go back to them they are dishonest and they will be rude to you if you ask for additional service none of my interior was vacuumed none was white and I paid for the full package. I am so disappointed I will never go back there again

Not if you tell them what you want to clean specifically
I'm not sure but I'm a regular customer I know that a regular wash is about 15 bucks I pay monthly at about $38 a month I get my car washed every other day and so it's a great deal. Once you get to know the staff will do extra stuff for you for free probably. Not sure about the vacuum yet I have to check that out. have a blessed evening
