Rude employees, bad customer service. Clearly don't know fashion if it jump out and bit them. They say they buy certain items but then they tell you the don't and that what you have is out of date for them, but seems to me most their stuff is for people who like to dress in the 80s and don't like to look good. They don't take kids cloths, or pj's, or bras (even brand new) like what? Really a waste of time energy and gas.

Don't bring designer purses Here for a real coach wallet that was bought at the outlet and the matching purse that cost over 300 plus a mk purse that was 800 they only would give $38.00 I'm not in a good place and could use that money but I'm not going to be ripped off buy hundreds of dollars this place is a joke Come here if u want to be ripped off

I’m giving two stars because I would want to come to there upcoming event but I had a bad experience for there back to school one were they allowed people to cut save spots and one of the employees helped another get all the bags from the back so I’ll think twice about going this time I was almost pushed being pregnant yeah no they need to manage better there sales/events .

They definitely won't give you 800 for them...they only give you three percent of what their price is going to be when they place them on the shelves or racks. Maybe more.
Pocketbooks maybe if its coach or another high end brand. They only buy new/nearly new high end clothing and accessories.

They look up each item individually and price them seperatly, say they take 4 items, 3 shirts and a pair of pants, they offer u 12$ for the 4 items, 1 shirt $2, 2 shirts $1 ea and the pants $8, those are made up numbers but hope that helps!
