The manager is really nasty. I got diagnosed with vertigo 6 days ago. I am not supposed to drive and she kicked me out even when corporate said I could stay until I got better.I had a battery stolen office didn't care anyone can go in there. No security cameras no nothing. Very unprofessional it is ghetto I've been there for months. Enter at your own risk but don't leave anything outside it will be taken and they don't care

Website listed as 55+ age qualified, curious about the school bus picking up and dropping off everyday though. We are also the ONLY park I know of that don't have a security gate (that works)

Yes. The park isn't large, so walking and three wheelers are also popular.
You are asking the public, not the park management
Don't know. Don't work there. Give 'em a call.📞

It depends on how long you are staying and what you want to do with WIFI. If on a short stay without the need to steam video or other high bandwidth tasks then you can easily get by using the free wifi at the clubhouse to check email, download the occasional book or anything but not financial services (the free wifi has no security). When the weather is bad many people are streaming video at once and it becomes difficult to watch programs. So if you are planning to stay for awhile I recommend you check out the available services and budget for your own wifi. We originally planned to stay for 1 month but liked it so much we stayed 2 months and would have stayed another but had an obligation in North Carolina. Hope this helps. J.
Yes, the park owns a few and others are privately owned. They have some for sale and 1 that I saw was fully equipped and furnished for $11,990 US including lot rental until the end of the year.
Yes, the standard is a all wood table that comfortably sits 6 adults. Most (all?) Sites have a cement slab next to the RV with the table. We are mostly outside and use a rug on the slab. This park is great for retirees like us. We came here after the holidays, December 28th, and originally planned to stay 1 moth but extended. Unfortunately we have a commitment in North Carolina or we would stay longer.
