I just left this place. A couple years ago, I saved the .jpg or .png file of a coupon from their website, since it didn't expire until December 2022. When I arrived today, the implication was made that someone had forged the $8 coupon... Maybe that sounds like a lot of money to them--surprising that someone would do that--but I was very offended by the implication and was about to say "I am deeply offended that you are implying I forged this coupon and are calling me a liar. When you put something on your website, and make a mistake not foreseeing that people can print it, you should own your mistake and apologize for it. Do not blame the customer; and you cannot call someone else a liar for your oversight." The person made the decision to honor the coupon. I was unsure if the person I was talking to is the owner, I believe now that they are. He spoke as if a victim of deception, which was the fault of whoever put the coupon on their website, and he wanted to leave the impression that he was being generous. I decided to give the dude a $10 tip. He chose to take the path that gave me the benefit of the doubt, which absolutely 100% should have been given without question. The implication may have lost a customer today, I have a year to decide. But be forewarned: any coupon that you find, even if given from emission plus themselves, will likely be met with hostility. Do not use it. They laid a trap to mistreat customers, even if unintentionally.
