If you are planning to buy a Mercedes, Jody is your girl!! I needed help today with the Mercedes Me App (something for which she would obviously not make a commission), and Jody was so helpful. The issue took quite a bit of time- time she could have been using to sell someone a car and earning a commission- but she cheerfully took the time to help me. I didn’t even buy my Mercedes at this dealership. The level of customer service I received was something that is rarely found today. From now on, whenever I buy a car, Jody is my girl. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! By the way, to the ones who weren’t so nice, you should know this, I buy my cars with cash, I am the most hassle-free customer you could ever have. And it is people like Jody who get my business. And there are plenty of others like me.

Rossi from the sales team was amazing to work with. She is very attentive and patient with questions, she truly cares and makes sure your car buying experience is seamless and you leave happy. Definitely recommend working with her. The downside was the service department, I was told they topped off my fluids, and filled up the gas, come to find out it was untrue. I was low on all fluids and the gas tank was completely empty when I picked the car up. Super disappointing - recommend buying the car from them but won't be taking it back to be serviced there.

I worked with Jodi O. and Dave L. to purchase my vehicle from out of state. Jodi was my initial contact who helped me through the entire sales process; she provided complete transparency, which helped to create a hassle-free experience. Dave assisted me with all of the financial services and ensured that I got the coverage that I wanted for my vehicle. He walked me through everything to ensure I received a top-tier customer experience. After returning to my home state, I went to get a wheel repaired on my vehicle. Initially, the technician at my local Mercedes-Benz stated I did not have the proper coverage. I called Dave, and he handled the concern right away. Dave updated the coverage in under 48 hours (to the correct coverage that Dave had helped me get initially). If you’re looking for an honest dealership that will go the extra mile after your purchase, you need not look any further. From my experience, this dealership can provide just that.

Hi Beth, They may be able to take a look, but thr Sprinter certified dealers around here are off of 5600 W and in Farmington.
I'm willing to bet that they could but you'll need to contact the actual dealership by phone. Also Mercedes-Benz has all of their users manuals listed online.
