Their team was so helpful and nice. They came out quickly, and without complaining, on the second day to adjust the chair and it made a huge difference! They were happy to help. Drop off and pick up from our hotel was so easy. Will definitely rent from them next time we go to Vegas.

Excellent customer service and product! This was my first time renting a Scooter, so I wasn’t certain of the process. It turned out to be very easy to order online after calling and asking a million questions that Joe patiently answered. The communication was excellent, and Daniel was fantastic when he dropped of the scooter taking the time to thoroughly explain how to use, lock up and charge the scooter etc.… I am so relieved that all went well, and the scooter turned out to be such a help to me. I would highly recommend GetAroundMobility, and if needed again I definitely will be renting from them next time I am in Vegas!

Great Communication and Easy Drop Off and Pickup! We rented my father a wheelchair for 4 days from Get Around Mobility in Las Vegas as a way for them to get around easily. We were contacted a day before the rental drop off confirming the dates and time the wheelchair was going to be dropped off. We received call 30 minutes before pickup and were greeted by a friendly staff member at the rental time with the wheelchair right at the front of our hotel. They spent a good ten or so minutes explaining all the features of the wheelchair, how to utilize basic functionality but necessary information and how to charge and lock up if needed. It's great their wheelchairs have a lock included at no additional cost! Likewise on pickup day it was a simple process to coordinate the pickup. Couldn't recommend this company enough for all of your wheelchair/scooter needs to get around in Vegas.

not a regular Vehicle. A Truck it could be done but not easilly. You would ned 2 or 3 Vert Strong People or we do also rent a ramp that weighs 60lbs that can be used on a Truck. to load a Pride Victory 10. Thank You Joe Owner of Get Around Mobility.

Depends on your equipment needs. I will say that in 2018 and 2019, GAM had the least expensive long-term rental rates for a quality scooter I price-shopped for comparison, and was very happy with the GAM pricing. Plus, I just plain love Joe's customer service!! The man was crawling under my truck to connect things properly...when he really didn't have to. So do your pricing comparisons -- but we're locked onto GAM for our scooter needs in Las Vegas.
