Yes based on weight you can lift.
Depends on you vehicle and which scooter you choose...and how much weight you're able to lift. Some of the smaller scooters are lighter, and even separate into two parts. These are relatively easy to tuck into a full-size sedan's trunk. However, you'll have far more options if you own/drive a minivan. Additional flexibility is granted if your vehicle is fitted with a trailer hitch. With this, you can add electric and manual scooter lifts of various types. For a heavier, longer-range scooter, you may need somewhat upgraded suspension. For example, we added air bags to the rear suspension of our Honda Odyssey. Best of luck.
