I’ve been with them, since 2016 . Literally go above and beyond !!! Cristina has went above and beyond I’ve been with other company’s before and the basically just don’t go give a s%^* about you . A pass company messed up some paper work that the dmv eventually suspended my license on something I was paying for and Cristina definitely did her part to make sure that it was taken care of and that she fixed another companies mistake and Cristina I am so happy and grateful for you!!! You didn’t have to do it but you did !!!!! Highly recommend this office especially if you have a really busy schedule because they are always good at accommodating and sending you what you need either to the phone or however they need to do it they definitely take care of you!!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would give them 100 stars thank you again everybody at Toro Insurance specially Cristina!!! (I was not paid or asked to make this) she really did above and beyond !!!

Much lack of professionalism, they do not answer claims calls, they gave me incomplete and false information that got me in quite a bit of trouble with the IRS and when I returned to claim they denied everything and treated me like crazy. Too much money paid to receive these types of services, they are abusive and incompetent. I would rate them a negative 10 stars if I could.
