The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I will be switching insurance companies in the near future. My adjuster mink was rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak with her manager and she said no. I had to get her managers info from someone else and left several messages with her and she hasn't returned my calls. I reached out to the insurance provider of the other party and they told me that mink did not call them period. It had been a month. Mink said she had other clients and didn't have time to work on my claim so can I find out myself. Like I said, I didnt feel like "I was in good hands." Shade intended
