I made an appointment 2 months out and had to take a day off to do this service. When I showed up they told me they might not get to it today, which they didn’t. So I had to go pick it up at the end of the day (before the weekend). Waste of an entire day. Then I had to take another day off the next week, to take it back and get the work done. I don’t know if it was just a bad day for them, but there was no communication and wasted 2 full days of work. So frustrating.

Went to go check out a car that the website indicated was clean title. I looked at the car and noticed some repair work on the front. I asked for the car history report from the dealer. The dealer's report indicated a "side-swipe" accident and clean title. No record of a front wreck. I pulled my own report, including photos from a post-accident auction, that showed a front wreck with substantial damage, that I would venture should have resulted in a branded title. Not sure why dealer's car fax report was inaccurate (dealer? carfax? coincidence?). I gave the car another good look to assess the front repair. It wasn't great. New screws in various places to remount the grill and splash shield, reused damaged radiator, broken mountings, and some other stuff. The kicker, though, was the piece of Styrofoam shoved between the radiator and the driver-side bumper that was propping up some other components. No need for further evaluation. A "NO CHARGE 100% LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY" doesn't mean much if your repair work is substandard.

To get a loaner, you must schedule it ahead of time.
Yes
I know you can drop off your car at the service doors. They have a drop box for your keys just leave a note as to why you dropped it off. Not entirely sure when they open but if you drop off your car tonight they would get started on in first thing
No
The better the deal, the more they will sneak in. Every car they add $500 in for a brake light that blinks, and their doc fee is also pretty high. Taxes and license will be standard but be prepared to get caught off guard with something they try to throw at you.
I would contact them directly, should be able to select a payment option online as well. Hope that helps. Maybe account settings as well.
If you are doing the job by yourself, with a rubber hammer hit the tire in the bolt pattern and slowly will come off.
I'm sure they are an on the spot renewal and anything you'd need... I haven't done it, but Honda does, so my guess is they do
This would be a great question for Matt, a salesman at VW Strong. He takes care of the online sales. I highly recommend getting in touch with him and he should be able to help 👍
Yes there is a key drop
Yeah they're pretty money hungry there. Strong Audi is a much different place with much more honest staff. Hard to imagine this VW dealer is the same company when their other dealer has much higher integrity.
I don't know
No, head into the dealership. This should be covered for free under warrenty
