Do they actually have service loaner vehicles? Every time I've been in they claim that their loaners are all checked out. I don't believe they actually have any. Or maybe VW's are so unreliable that they cannot keep up ...

I used to think this too, but it is not the case. They do have loaners, lots of them. However, they try to only give them to customers that schedule larger jobs (that require diagnostics and more) ahead of time. Anything to do with XpressService (like oil changes, filter changes, wipers, fluid top offs, etc) won't get a loaner. What they do provide for those quicker jobs is their free shuttle or they'll pay for an Uber to take you wherever you want to go AND a ride back to the dealer to pick up your vehicle.

When you make a appointment for any type of service at this dealership they ask you will you be needing a loaner if you say yes they will have one waiting on you when you arrive. And run your comment about being unreliable really give me a break.

I just went looking at a Jetta I don't know the service department. That's kind of weird that you can't get a loaner car . Do you think they'd have enough to go around. Maybe now I don't want Jetta
