Great service and excellent product. I just bought industrial chillers for my business. Everything was perfect. From the moment I contacted them, it was a pleasant experience. From asking for information about their products, the technical specifications, an estimate until delivered, they were so careful and efficient. They solved all my doubts and fulfilled my requirements. I've received professional and kind attention, and I recommend them.

Mold Temperature Control It enables a reduction in the unit costs for injection molding. It has been substantiated that it determines the quality features of the components. It guarantees correct reproduction of the surface. It ensures uniform shrinkage behavior.
Side channel blowers work according to the impulse principle. This means that kinetic energy from a rotating impeller is transferred to the pumping medium and converted into pressure. The impeller is mounted directly on the shaft of the motor and, together with the specially shaped housing, forms the side channel.
They are modern-day machines. Compact, and versatile, they are specially designed for moving a large volume of air, which is at low pressure. Regenerative blowers provide an alternative means of compressing or evacuating small volumes of air at positive or negative pressures.
Temperature control units are used to preheat the mold and then to keep the mold at the temperature set point by circulating coolant (water or oil) through the mold. The coolant absorbs heat from the mold (which has absorbed heat from the hot plastic) and keeps the mold at proper temperature to solidify the plastic.
Make sure that the chiller is running. A blown circuit breaker or fuse, loose wiring, or simply a power switch that's been put in the “off” position might be preventing the chiller from running. Determine whether the chiller is cooling. Check the temperature of the coolant at the chiller's outlet to the process
The mold temperature controller circulates cooling fluid through the mold's cooling circuits to provide equilibrium to the heat flux experienced by the mold for every cycle. It is common to run separate mold temperature controllers for each mold half. This set-up allows for greater process control and processability.
The function of an industrial chiller is to move heat from one location (usually process equipment or product) to another place (usually the air outside the manufacturing facility).
