It baffles me why they continue to put mobile home parks in a hurricane zone. Many mobile homes shifted on their foundations during Hurricane Irma, many had structural damage.

Beautiful gated over 55 community. 3 lakes. 2 pools, two gyms. 2 community rooms. Shuffleboard courts. Horse shoe pits, bocce ball pits. Very clean.

They have all kinds of rentals and if you can pay each month that's all you need. They also have one you can buy. Call the office and see what they have.

All the trailers are at least 2 rooms and 2 bath and lanies. Can still get for good prices. But it's the lot rent u pay every month that goes up every year.

You can buy, but you cannot live there. It is a 55+ community. They do not even allow people under 55 to stay there (such as a grandchild) no more than 30 times a year. VERY strict rules.

I lived there for a couple years depends if you are on a lakefront and it goes up every year go to the office and maybe you time it right and then you can get a deal I paid 500 bucks go to the manager

Lot rents vary depending on their location. A lot on water is more tan a regular lot in the middle of a block. They also add in water, sewer, and a pass-thru tax. My basic lot rent is $640 a month

Depends where you live. 675 to 900 a month. Water, taxes, sewer, electric extra. Park has 2 pools, shuffleboard, bocci, basketball, putting green, 2 gyms, saunas, jacuzzi, dog park, rv storage, 2 clubhouses, tons of activities.
The closer it is to water. The water the more 1.300 maybe I'm 2 streets from 2nd pool and over 700 u pay for water and goes up every year
