Does these rooms open to the outside of the building or the inside of the building?

Outside. It's a terrible hotel. Had cigarette burn holes in the blankets. No door on the bathroom. Burn marks on the refrigerator. Disgusting place. Avoid. There is a group of 4 newer and nicer hotels right down the road.

They open to the outside. I stay there 3 days every 2 weeks. The rooms are good, they are remodeling some of the rooms.

Yes they do. And I had good room no smoking room. I had a very nice room
