We has been staying at this hotel for the last 4years for a biker event. This time around was one of the worst experiments we has in counter from your employer who works the evening shift (the white guy) he was very rude to our club members and disrespectful. He locked the lobby door on us and also put everybody out the pool area and cussed everybody out for no reason. Please play your camera's and see how he threatened to call the cops on us also,plus the rooms needs better cleaning and updated. We had 10 rooms and we didn't deserve that kinda treatment.

Roaches in the rooms, mildew smell, hair in the face towels, employee on night shift had horrible service with a bad attitude and harassing. He even threatened to call the police on my travel partners twice. Also when we asked if there was a reason he had such a problem with us and he then told us to “F*** Off”. Owner is a great guy but the guy on night shift will cause a lot of lost in business. Never felt so disrespected at a hotel after staying all over the country. Will never stay here again.

Microwave had not been cleaned. Dresser drawers had trash, dirt, a paperclip... Room smelled as we entered. Staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast we had to choose from was 1 yogurt, a few bananas and apples, 3 small pre packaged Danish, a waffle maker and Apple or orange juice which spit out black flakes when you filed your cup.. I could go on, but you get the point.

Room was clean. They said that they offer a breakfast, but it was never set up to use..🤔
