We had a slight issue with our reservation and the manager went out of his way to help us. The room was very nicely furnished, comfortable bed and clean. The hotel ground and all indoor common areas were also clean. All the staff we encountered were kind.

Positive: clean rooom and bathroom Negative: I asked for a room with a bath tub. The woman who checked me in said; I think it has a bath tub. It did not so she moved me to another room. There wasn't a stopper for the drain. I called to her and she said to just twist the drain. I used a rag.
