We stay here for about a month after a house fire. The entire stay off was wonderful. Breakfast was great and the pool so nice.

Over A year ago I left a bad review. Rooms were rough. Now Because others were sold out in the area I decided to go to Best Western Executive Suites. Surprisingly I enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was good and rooms were remodeled and clean.

(2-10-22 ) Here I am again! :) My husband had to finish a job and he needed a place to stay again. Of course he stayed at THE BEST WESTERN!! It is truly THE BEST!! All around!! The rooms are cleaned excellent! and the Staff?!? THEY ARE THE VERY BEST!! YOU MUST meet SHARON! She loves Jesus and is very kind and pleasant to talk too. a very intelligent woman of God! I would stay here if it was just for her!! She will go the extra mile for ANYONE! Giving her very best! Making sure your stay was COMFORTABLE and Memorable ! These beds are most comfortable and clean rooms and anything you may need just ask the front desk, they WILL get to it to you RIGHT away! Also, Mr. Mike is a very kind person and always encourages TEAM WORK! Great JOB Columbus Best Western! Room 311 was an awesome room my husband said. You all are stuck with us for LIFE! Anytime we are in the area we WILL be there!! THANK YOU!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL and MAY YOUR BUSINESS ONLY INCREASE!!! To God be the glory! AMEN!

We have been here a week & we have so far had the BEST experience! The room is awesome! The bed COMFORTABLE! & BREAKFAST IS VERY DELICIOUS!! Sharon at the front desk is just the MOST loving kind friendly & knowledgeable for any help she can do to make your stay memorable!! I would come back here just to talk with her!! In fact the other staffers are very kind and helpful for any thing that I could want or need! YOU MUST COME TO THIS HOTEL!! It is so worth it!! What a joy! My husband is here on a job so we may be here even longer. 😄 But I am so thankful we made the choice to stay here! There are places to eat & shop all around, even in walking distance.
