THIS HOTEL IS AHHHHHHH-MAZINNNNNG! ***Long Review Alert*** I was in charge of my husband's Family and Friends Day this year. I had never done this before. The sales manager Tina Ray stepped in and made it an absolute pleasure. There were last minute family members needing rooms and Tina made it happen with a beautiful smile. She reassured me that all would be taken care of and did just that. I was stressed but she eased my concerns and let me know all was good. The entire front desk staff was great ! They treated all my family and friends as their own family and friends. Even though there were a lot of changes, their professionalism never wavered. Everyone was top-notch in customer care! Thank you, sales manager Tina for making my first time as coordinator an absolute breeze. Thank you front desk staff, Morning-Angel, Meika, Keyondra Evening- Andre, Maya, Late night- Betsy, for making my family and friends feel welcomed and for taking great care of them. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE! HYATT PLACE COLUMBUS, MS ALL OF YOU ABSOFRIGGINLUTELY ROCK!!!!!

No housekeeping. We had to hunt down toilet tissue and towels. Confronted management/housekeepers and they were very rude about it. Front desk staff were professional and courteous during check in. Tiny pool. Ample breakfast selections. Paper-thin walls.

Mind you, I'm rating this based on Columbus, MS. I come here for work and options are limited. This hotel is new and it shows. Rooms are clean, nice and mostly up to date. Service was friendly and prompt and the amenities appear to be adequate +. Location is convenient, but Columbus is a fairly small town. Overall a good hotel.
