I had a handicapped room. It was clean and the walk in shower was great. I would love to stay there again, BUT, the bed was so high off the floor that it was a real struggle to get on it. I had to have help to get in the bed. I am unable to stay where I can't even get in the bed.

They gave away a key to my room in the middle of the night to a random person with the same last name. No verification, no questions. Cops were called, keys were deactivated...I had a 4 year child in the room! I have still to hear from a manager and the guy who gave away the key totally left the incident reports blank when we went down the next day to inquire how that could happen and to ask for a manager, who was not there. The last who checked is in was very might and the rooms were clean but I won't stay again and I'll discourage any one else due to safety reasons and no resolution being reached.
