Hi, I am trying to book an appointment online for a tourist visa interview. I am unable to do so as all the slots for the next few months seemed to be greyed out (unavailable). Does calling the embassy help? I am planning on an early October trip.

Dont panic, appt always open up there. Just be ready to come in on short notice

The embassy only releases appointments 6 weeks in advance, I believe. So you just to have to check the online system everytime. You can call the phone number they provide but you won't be able to get hold of someone. The only helpful thing if you go to the embassy itself is that, they can tell you when will they release new appointment dates
