What is the waiting time for a visa appointment. Have submitted at least 4 emails requesting an appointment and no answers or even an acknowlegment that the email was received. The trip is 4 weeks away and this means i have to think about cancelling

I tried several times and finally got an answer. Make sure you include lots of info in your email so they don't come back with more questions. Include full name, type of visa requested, nationality, your address, phone number, dates of travel, vaccination status and reason for the trip. Maybe add URGENT to the title since you're close to your travel date. It took 3 weeks from the appointment date for us to get the Schengen Visa ready to pick up. Good luck!
